This Overwatch driver they
This Overwatch driver they implemented was incredible because on my side build with an FX 8300/R7 370 I was getting 70 FPS on Ultra settings at 1080p.
Now to go home and see how the game runs in QHD with my Fury X..
Dota 2 (with Vulkan API)!
Dota 2 (with Vulkan API)! Yes! More Vulkan and less DX/lock-in! Vulkan has the most cross platform support across the many devices markets, so those Vulkan titles will be what makes for a more open gaming experience, and No UWP lock-downs ever! That windows 10 EULA is a truly frightening list of terms and conditions that makes any current M$ “Open” speak null and forever void!
Windows 10’s EULA, only a Sith Lord Master could have conceived of such an abhorrent pact with the dark side of the force!
Help us Obi Wan Gaben, You’re our only hope!
Seems AMD beat nvidia to
Seems AMD beat nvidia to multi GPU support in Warhammer… They have really got their act together with Crimson drivers lately.
I think if we get the software gimping of the last gen cards happening now that the 1080 and 1070 are coming out i’ll really have to consider team red.
That game is AMD sponsored.
That game is AMD sponsored. They have to at least have full support for multi gpu at launch for the game under their bamner.
And unlike many like to believe there is no gimping with kepler. Good thing AMD win all those console contract. That somehow affect many game development because most game were focussed on pc first. Look at doom alpha. Pretty much every radeon beat geforce with alpha built that only containing console optimization. And if nvidia readlly did gimping kepler you will not see kepler perform so good in some new games.
AMD has a MARKETING agreement
AMD has a MARKETING agreement with Creative Assembly, nothing more.
Only nvidia legally ties developers to them when they sign-up to their gameworks program.
if you believe only nvidia do
if you believe only nvidia do shady things and AMD always honest and innocent then you’re naive.
That’s what to little
That’s what to little competition does.
We either have to choose between the very shady nvidia business practices and the pain ineptness of AMD.
No third choice, which bites.
Funny thing is these company
Funny thing is these company turn into shady tactics because they want their offerring to be more ‘competitive’. Some describe it as ‘competition goes wrong’. For example how can one company to be competitive against another that also offering similar solution? by offering feature that exclusive only to your hardware like nvidia gpu physx.
Warhammer is running smooth
Warhammer is running smooth as silk in Crossfire, well done AMD!
