Final Thoughts and Conclusions
Seasonic’s new PRIME 750W Titanium power supply excelled in every way during our testing. We opened this review by stating that the Prime 750W Titanium is the best power supply we have tested to date. That’s a pretty lofty claim so let’s look at what “best” means to us. Here is a brief checklist of the various areas we expect a PSU to perform and deliver. In each case the PRIME 750W Titanium met or exceeded our expectations.
• Tight voltage/load regulation (=0.5% is outstanding)
• Excellent AC ripple and noise suppression – check
• High efficiency – it doesn’t get any better than 80 Plus Titanium
• Selectable fanless fan control mode – check
• Very quiet, high quality FDB fan – check
• Fully or semi-modular cable design – check
• Flat ribbon-style and/or sleeved cables – check
• High-quality components and excellent build quality – check
• At least a 5-year warranty (10-Years is out of the park)
Overall the electrical performance was spectacular. What really stands out is the super-tight voltage regulation (thanks to Seasonic’s Micro Tolerance Load Regulation), 80 Plus Titanium efficiency and excellent AC ripple and noise suppression. We really like the ability to choose whether or not to run in fanless mode or not (I personally like to have the fan spinning at all times to keep a little air moving). The PRIME Titanium Series also features fully modular, flat ribbon-style cables and a large, quiet cooling fan with a Fluid Dynamic Bearing.
In addition to stellar performance, the PRIME 750W Titanium offers a full complement of safety and protection features. And Seasonic even tricked out the enclosure a little by adding a chrome-plated fan grill.
The first Seasonic PRIME Titanium Series power supplies are starting to enter retail channels now (July-August 2016).

Seasonic PRIME 750W Titanium Power Supply
Last but not least, our thanks to Seasonic for designing such a capable power supply and sending us one to review!

I’m a little concerned about
I’m a little concerned about the switch from Sanyo Denki fans to Hong Hua, but given that warranty, it seems that Seasonic is confident that the fans will last.
If it’s anyhting like their
If it’s anyhting like their previous PSUs, the fan never spins anyway if you size it slightly bigger than your needs.

How about coil whine? It will
How about coil whine? It will not show up in normal sound pressure measurements. Did you notice any coil whine?
I had extreme trouble finding a power supply without bad coil whine. I went through several very expensive and recognized brands before settling on the Corsair RM750.
Neither of my Seasonic X
Neither of my Seasonic X Series have coil whine and i am EXTREMELY sensitive to it. My ears fill with fluid sometimes as the result of a back and neck injury, so coil whine(or any high frequency sounds) actually cause me physical pain 🙂
From what i read, this Seasonic will not have coil whine since its coils are encased in something specifically to prevent vibration.
Seasonic or something they
Seasonic or something they have created for OEM is the only power supplies I buy, but usually they have a really understated design, a shame they have gone away from that, this is starting to remind me of something “gaming” branded!
i’m using Seasonic X-750
i’m using Seasonic X-750 (KM3) but frankly speaking, Seasonic had the highest & the worst failure rate ever.

650W versions apparently got
650W versions apparently got delayed because the cables had issues/defects during tests on a Chroma station.
Hence why only reviews of the 750W one are showing up for now.
I would like to see a review
