A report published by VideoCardz.com (via Baidu) contains pictures of an alleged NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti graphics card, which is apparently based on a new Pascal GP107 GPU.

The card shown is also equipped with 4GB of GDDR5 memory, and contains a 6-pin power connector – though such a power requirement might be specific to this particular version of the upcoming GPU.

Specifications for the GTX 1050 Ti were previously reported by VideoCardz, with a reported GPU-Z screenshot. The card will apparently feature 768 CUDA cores and a 128-bit memory bus, with clock speeds (for this particular sample) of 1291 MHz base, 1392 MHz boost (with some room to overclock, from this screenshot).

An official announcement for the new GPU has not been made by NVIDIA, though if these PCB photos are real it probably won't be far off.

Yeah, little bit. They already could make ‘mini’ cards with the 1060 so this card could be shrunk down further probably.

Would be good in htpc merely for display purposes. I thought the 750ti was alot smaller then this thing and didn’t need extra power. Plus I’m not dropping $159 for the old 750Ti if this will be cheaper it’s be nice.
Lot’s of custom gtx750tis had
Lot’s of custom gtx750tis had a 6-pin connector too and the card in picture looks like a colorful custom pcb card. If some one actually reads china one can translate the exact name on that M/N part.
I would expect reference card to be with no 6-pin connector and even more simpler and shorter pcb design… but not low profile(zotac and/or galax/kfa² will most probably do low profile versions).
But for display purposes gtx1050 will do just fine, if rumored $119 mrsp is real.
The card might be real but I
The card might be real but I think they may have fabricated the tag. The two fives aren’t the same. The 50 by ti looks like it was Photoshopped over another Pascal tag. His thumb is conveniently over the barcode obscuring it.
This card if it will exist,
This card if it will exist, should be offered up as a replacement for the 750Ti, and therefore shouldn’t need external power. But that is just my opinion. Only time will tell if this card even becomes a thing.
Yeah I need to retire my old
Yeah I need to retire my old 430 Nvidia card it’s time to get something with better features. Least till HBM 2 Volta Titan comes out then it will get my Current Titan X.
