After the many issues being reported by NVIDIA users, GeForce 375.63 has been released which should ameliorate the issues encountered with animated GIFs and various games. It is also WHQL certified, just as the last one was, but hopefully this version will show improvements. Let us know in the comments if you continue to see driver issues.
NVIDIA was beaten to the punch by AMD this particular cycle, today marks the release of the GeForce 375.57 driver with new profiles for BF1, Civ VI and Titanfall 2 as well as VR support updates for the same two pre-release games. If you haven't signed up for the GeForce Experience you can still grab the drivers here.

See Jeremy? that wasn’t
See Jeremy? that wasn’t hard, list hardware recommended for resolutions, other game devs, take note!
Makes it really easy to judge where my card will fall into performance wise 🙂
I remember what you are
I remember what you are referencing, that was the publisher not giving resolution recommendations. NVIDIA owns the hardware and software so are able to perform much more testing and offer recommendations. They can also set your resolution and options for you with the app, something the game devs don't have the resources to offer.
It is cetainly handy.
I’ll agree that Nvidia has
I’ll agree that Nvidia has greater amount of resources available, but that isn’t the point was I made back then and what I”m pointing out now.
I don’t for a moment believe it’s a matter of resources at all. If the game developer has posted specs that they recommend, then this means that they have that hardware because they tested the game on that hardware, else how would they know? and since they have that hardware they recommend, then this means they have tested the game at various resolutions to achieve this set of recommended specs. They know what resolutions were used, how hard is it for them to share?
… or they just pulled the
… or they just pulled the specs out of their behinds, which is the case most of the time. If you are lucky they will have set specific test machines for their QA and list those, but most of the time it they spend less than 5 minutes putting those specs together. Much cheaper to let the GPU companies and customers do the actual work at determining best settings.
It's a crap process and should be fixed along with a lot of other things which have become commonplace in the gaming industry, but for now people happily preorder without a clue if a game will even run on their machines.

That is totally
That is totally innapropriate, you should be ashamed of yourself for being such a racist. if you are actually married, how do you think your wife would respond to you calling her those derogatory terms?
Take note, the use of such tactics as to seem strong, abusive, and edgy in front of others to make a weak argument seem strong, it doesn’t actually work. If anything, it makes you look childish, and outright immature.
And why do I say a weak argument? I’ve seen the same question asked before by others over the years. It really is beneficial to not only the person who asked, but ANYONE who wonders if their card can handle a particular game at a resolution, just a quick and easy way to see. Not everyone has the knowledge or is tech savvy like myself or you, or other regular readers here.
Good luck with your marriage, try to lay off the racial slurs, ok?

Its up to the developers to
Its up to the developers to implement now that you can’t do it driver level anymore; one of the “enhancements” of low level APIs.
I consider multi-GPU gaming dead at this point, as from a developer perspective, it doesn’t drive sales.
Duh, any settings in ULTRA
Duh, any settings in ULTRA and in 4K must be done in GTX 1080. The rep educated me on that. And the next one down is obviously the GTX 1060.
WHQL
WHQL certification….worthless garbage. Might as well say it has been blessed by the gods.
This driver still is bad in
This driver still is bad in the compute department. My folding @ home tasks started failing left and right after this driver got installed. And Civilization VI wouldn’t drop me back to the Desktop, just sat with a black screen until I rebooted.
These drivers kind of show
These drivers kind of show why I update my drivers maybe twice a year; less headaches that way.
