Final Thoughts

After launching the 750 EVO in 120GB and 250GB capacities, it appears the demand for lower cost products persuaded Samsung to introduce a 500GB model. I'm happy they made this move, as 500GB is a capacity sweet spot that satisfies the boot drive needs of many PC users and gamers. It does have lower warranty and endurance ratings than the 850 EVO, but there is still plenty of rated flash life available for the average user of these products.

The Samsung 750 EVO offers great performance for those on a budget.
