Grand Theft Auto continues to be a win for NVIDIA though the gap has been minimized quite a bit from when we last looked at the GTX 1060 launch time frame. In our testing this week, the GTX 1060 SC card from EVGA is 18% faster than the MSI RX 580 Gaming X at 1080p and 20% faster and 25×14. The edge for the RX 580 over the RX 480 is small: 2-3% in average frame in our testing. All three cards show excelling frame pacing with no issues with variance or stutter.

This table presents the above data in a more basic way, focusing only on the average FPS, so keep that in mind.
