If you purchase a custom built system with an RX 580 or either of the Vega cards, you will receive a coupon code which you can redeem for a copy of Far Cry 5 Standard edition. Considering purchasing a full system is the only way to get a GPU for a marginally reasonable cost, it makes sense not to tie it to a GPU sale as has been tradition in the past. UbiSoft have worked with AMD to ensure the game can take advantage of the various new features Vega offers such as FreeSync 2, Rapid Packed Math and Shader Intrinsics. You can get more info on Vega here, or visit your favourite retailer for a look at qualifying systems.
"Gamers looking for smooth, more immersive gameplay as they join The Resistance and help bring down the cult, can get Far Cry 5 FREE when they buy select pre-built systems featuring Radeon RX Vega 64, Radeon RX Vega 56 or Radeon RX 580 graphics cards starting today February 27th 2018."

I was waiting for more games
I was waiting for more games to utilize all the features of the Vega 64… But just sold mine.
They can fix all those
They can fix all those Peckerwoods on that game with a good old BK-41(AKA MK-41) Thermonuclear Bomb!
‘Member back when far cry 4
‘Member back when far cry 4 came out, and it had a graphics setting called “nvidia” that was for people with titan or 980 cards, and very confused budget gamers with 750ti cards had 2-3 fps on the setting named after their card?
Good times.
Let´s talk about how much
Let´s talk about how much money AMD should pay me for buying one of their overpriced lower midrange gpu for a premium price. FarCry 5 on top will not suffice. 😀
FC3 was fun, and it was
FC3 was fun, and it was mainly due to it being the first FC game I ever played. Storyline was interesting enough, climbing the towers gave me a slight sense of vertigo, etc, it was fun the first time around.
fast forward to FC4, and it is a dissapointment. Bunch of copy/pasta’d crap, over and over adn over, with some randomized crappy crap sprinkled. Oh, the game is beautiful looking, for sure, amazed by all of the great visuals.
FC4 is basically Turd sprinkles on neopolitan icecream.
And I highly suspect FC5 to be just more of the same.
THE ONLY thing that kept me playing fc4, for as long as i did, was the story lines, which is probably going to be the only thing worth playing fc5 for. I need to wait a couple of years for fc5 to be in yet another bargain bin steam sale before I get it, need time between playing iterations of fc, a lot of time.
The FarCry series went
The FarCry series went downhill since the release of FarCry 2…
Bundles are funny now…
Bundles are funny now… looks like AMD really doesn’t need to do bundles anymore to sellout every single card they can produce within seconds and gained 10% in one quarter on nvidia.
They are living the dream right now.
My next card will likely be
My next card will likely be from AMD even if it’s slightly slower or more power hungry. Nvidia has been pissing me off with their refusal to support adaptive sync among other things.
