The knob and lever are on the wrong sides, unless they copied a non-English typewriter that uses a right-to-left printing order. Perfect for your office with a backwards clock.

I used to have a simliar clock. The lever is wrong, but i remember the knob was often on the right side, if not both?
Why would anyone want this?
Why would anyone want this? There was a reason typewriters went away. They were loud & heavy & messy when having to deal with ribbons or sticking keys. But hey if you had a user with fully upgraded firmware they could be very fast with 60+ words a minute.
