NZXT Announces H510 Elite Case and H-Series Refresh
The H510 Elite
NZXT’s new compact premium mid-tower design offers tempered glass side and front panels to showcase the included AER RGB 2 intake fans and built-in HUE 2 RGB lighting strip. There is more to the H510 Elite than just looks, however, and NXZT provides this list of the new enclosure’s features:
- Showcase your RGB build with front and side tempered glass panels
- Includes two AER RGB 2 fans and one addressable RGB LED strip
- Smart Device v2 with two HUE 2 RGB lighting and three fan channels
- USB 3.1 Type A and USB 3.1 Gen 2-compatible USB-C connectors on the front panel
- Patented cable routing kit with pre-installed channels and straps for intuitive and easy cable management
- Removable radiator/fan mounting bracket simplifies the installation of either AIO and
custom loop liquid coolers - An integrated GPU mount lets you display your GPU vertically (requires the purchase of
a separate PCI riser card)
Design elements such as a removable radiator mounting bracket and NZXT’s cable routing channels make installing the system easier, and the finished result looks pretty stylish. So how much will this set you back? We have seen a number of cases in the premium segment at or even above $200 lately, so the $169.99 US pricing seems a little better in comparison (and it is $149.99 outside of the USA).
"RGB has become a staple for PC builders,” says Johnny Hou, founder and CEO of NZXT. “Tools like the HUE 2 Ecosystem allow builders to create luminous builds that highlight their personalities. The H510 Elite is the perfect case for people looking to get the most out of the RGB components and create amazing and beautiful builds."
H-Series Refresh: H210/H210i, H510/H510i, and H710/H710i
NZXT has also refreshed their H-series enclosure lineup just in time for Computex, with six new cases in total ranging from the H210 to the H710. These are available in matte white, matte black, and matte black/red, with standard and “i” versions of each.
So what’s new? NZXT has outfitted the new cases flush-mounted tempered glass that installs with a single thumbscrew, and the cases are now equipped with USB 3.1 Gen 2 USB Type-C inputs on the front panel.
The H510i and H710i have an integrated vertical GPU mounting bracket. Each of the “i” versions are powered by NZXT’s Smart Device v2, which the company says includes a faster processor for the CAM software control of fan speeds and HUE 2 RGB lighting.
Pricing in the USA for the H-series refresh starts at $89.99 for the H210, with the H210i coming in at $119.99. The H510 and H510i are $79.99 and $109.99 respectively, and the H710 and H710i are priced at $169.99 and $199.99. International prices are lower across the board, with USA pricing higher due to the current tariff situation.
