Modern Warfare Needs A Modern Driver

The Open Beta starts on Thursday, September 19th and runs through the morning of September 23rd and NVIDIA wants your card to be ready.  This new 436.30 driver offers more than just better performance for your COD experience, it will also help with Gears of War 5 and Borderlands 3, though only if your GPU is powerful enough to push pixels at the minimum required rate.

LG-SYNC?!?

That is not the only interesting thing about this new driver, it also adds G-SYNC support for LG E9 and C9 models, ranging in size from 55-75″, once LG pushes out a firmware update; big screen gamers rejoice!   In addition, the following half dozen monitors have also been added to the G-SYNC compatible list of displays:

  • ACER VG252Q
  • ACER XV273 X
  • GIGABYTE AORUS FI27Q
  • GIGABYTE FI27Q-P
  • LG 27GL650
  • LG 27GL63T

You can grab the driver here, or through GeForce Experience if you prefer.
