Sharkstooth II; Another Leak Has Sprung

GeekBench 5 Versus Sharkstooth
We’ve seen a Geekbench 4 leak showing some rough details of the next generation of Threadripper, but until today there were no leaks revealed from Geekbench 5. The Inquirer noticed something new however, with an unreleased Sharkstooth chip posting results of CPU scores 1,275 single-core score and 23,015 in the multi-core result. The current top end Theadripper is the 2990WX and it manages a score of 13,400, which suggests we could see some interesting improvements from Thirdripper.
These are not final scores, nor do we have any idea what hardware the CPU was running on, and the previously leaked results offer some contradictory results, so it may be a while before we get a firm grasp on what the third generation and it’s 32 cores can do.
Once again this is a Geekbench leak for an AMD chip known as 'Sharkstooth', only this time the scores have popped up for the new Geekbench 5 test.
