Sennheiser’s New GSP 370 Wireless Headset – 100 Hours Of Play
Listen To Nyan Cat Ten Times!
100 hours of battery life is an impressive claim, and it is exactly what Sennheiser is advertising with the new GSP 370. The physical design of the headset focuses on long term comfort with a split headband and memory ear cushions on a pivot to angle properly on your head. The unidirectional noise-cancelling microphone can be instantly muted by swinging it up flush with the headband if you don’t happen to be streaming or are packing them away for transport. A Micro USB cable is provided for charging, and it will function while plugged in so you don’t have to worry about not making it all the way through that 200 hour stream.
Acoustically it matches the design of the GSP 300, which has received decent reviews for audio quality though some reviewers found the microphone to be rather quiet so you may need to adjust your levels. That can be accomplished with Windows 10 audio settings or via the Sennheiser Gaming Suite you can grab for download. The headset will run you $199.95 and comes with the GSA 50 headset hanger for free.
