The Biggest Brother In MSI’s SUPER GAMING X TRIO; Super 2080, Man!

X Marks The Speed
If you liked Sebastian’s review of the RTX 2070 SUPER GAMING X TRIO but wanted something even faster and more expensive then The FPS Review has you covered. The card boasts a $750 MSRP and a Boost Clock of 1845MHz, but is essentially the same size and weight as the as 2070 model. When testing the card at stock in-game, they saw a GPU frequency 1965MHz maintained throughout their benchmarks, once they overclocked it they would see 2100MHz for a few minutes before it settled at an impressive 2085MHz. They were also able to bump the memory frequency from a mere 15.5GHz up to 17GHz.
Did this have an effect on performance? You bet it did!
The only thing faster than the new GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER is the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti at $999. This is one fast video card, and at a new, more appealing price.
