Jedi: Fallen Order, Stormland, and New G-SYNC Compatible Displays

A new GeForce Game Ready driver is available today from NVIDIA, version 441.20 WHQL, which adds support for this week’s launch of Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order as well as the VR game Stormland. The new driver also provides additional G-SYNC compatible display support, with Acer and ASUS models added to the list.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Support

It’s been a long time since PC gamers could first wield a lightsaber in a 3D game (1997’s Star Wars Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight was the first), and graphics are looking a just a bit better 22 years later – though this classic is still available from GOG if you are feeling nostalgic for some DirectX 5 graphical awesomeness.

“Our latest GeForce Game Ready driver delivers day-one support for Respawn Entertainment’s Star Wars Jedi: Fallen OrderTM. Launching November 15th, this narratively-driven single player game puts you in the role of a Jedi Padawan who narrowly escaped the purge of Order 66 following the events of Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith.

On a quest to rebuild the Jedi Order, you must pick up the pieces of your shattered past to complete your training, develop new powerful Force abilities, and master the art of the iconic lightsaber – all while staying one step ahead of the Empire and its deadly Inquisitors.”

New G-SYNC Compatible Displays

In addition to the new games the 441.20 WHQL driver adds G-SYNC Compatible display support for the Acer XB273U, Acer XV273U, and the ASUS VG259Q, bringing the compatibility list up to 56 supported monitors.

You can read the full article from NVIDIA here, and the 441.20 WHQL driver is available for download now.
