New NVIDIA GeForce Hotfix Driver Addresses RDR2 Vulkan Performance
GeForce Hotfix Driver Version 441.34 Released
The launch of Red Dead Redemption 2 has not been a smooth one, but the game has been patched and now NVIDIA has released a Hotfix driver update (GeForce Hotfix Driver Version 441.34) to address performance issues with Vulkan.

We’d previously referenced KitGuru’s comparison of DX12 and Vulkan with RDR2, noting the lack of smoothness from higher 99th percentile frame times using the Vulkan API. We will do some testing with the game before and after this hotfix to see if the issue has been corrected – at least with NVIDIA GPUs.
