CES 2020: ASUS Debuts Updated VivoBook and ZenBook Lineup

New VivoBook and ZenBook Laptops Featuring 10th Gen Intel Core Processors
An updated lineup of VivoBook and ZenBook laptops make their debut at CES, with ASUS introducing (among other things) the new VivoBook 14 (F413), VivoBook 15 (F513), and the 14-inch dual-screen ZenBook Duo (UX481).

VivoBook 14 and 15
The VivoBook 14 (F413) and VivoBook 15 (F513) are stylish notebooks featuring ASUS’s NanoEdge displays that use minimal bezels to reduce the footprint of these models. They are powered by up to 10th Generation Intel Core i7 processors, with NVIDIA GeForce GPU configurations available. More options include up to 16GB of memory, optional Intel Optane technology, and available Wi-Fi 6. Connectivity includes the usual USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C ports, though HDMI is also available for video output, and a microSD reader is also onboard.
The larger VivoBook 15 has the advantage of a 15.6-inch display and a full-size keyboard, adding a dual-storage array with both a PCIe SSD and up to a 2TB hard drive. The smaller VivoBook 14 is smaller and lighter, but offers the same CPU and GPU configurations as its larger sibling. Storage with the VivoBook 14 is limited to up to a 1TB PCIe SSD.
The ZenBook Duo UX481
The latest ZenBook duo is still a 14-inch device with an additional 12.6-inch display above the keyboard called ScreenPad Plus. This is described as a “full-width auxiliary touchscreen that expands and enhances the interactive capabilities offered by the original ASUS ScreenPad”. It can be used either with the primary display or by using the included ScreenXpert software for access to apps and utilities.
As to the rest of the specs, 10th Gen Intel Core processors and a PANTONE validated 1920×1080 display are among the highlights, with ASUS providing this overview:

As to availability, the VivoBook 14 (F413) and VivoBook 15 (F513) will be available starting in Q2 2020, while the ZenBook Duo (UX481) will be available starting in Q1 2020. Pricing was not announced.
