Roundup At The Cougar Corral – Pro Ti, Attila Gaming Headsets And More

Source: Kitguru Roundup At The Cougar Corral – Pro Ti, Attila Gaming Headsets And More

Cougar’s New Mechanical Keyboard, Gaming Mouse, Gaming Headsets

This particular roundup includes the Immersa Pro Ti over the ear headset and the Attila Gaming earbuds, featuring noise cancellation features and built in microphones.  If you are looking for a relatively high quality microphone the Pro Ti is the way to go as the 7mm retractable cardioid microphone is a far better quality than the removable microphone on the Attila earbuds, though you will still be understood.  Cougar also moved the controls for the Immerasa Pro Ti onto the earcups, in the form of dials, which may appeal, as might the virtual 7.1 audio.

The 700m EVO mouse sports the PMW3389 optical sensor that maxes out at 16,000 DPI and has eight programmable buttons which you can control with Cougar’s UIX software suite.  That software also controls the two RGB zones, which you can adjust across the whole 16.8 million spectrum that most true RGB offers.  In the package are four 4g weights to help make the mouse more effective for your particular needs, in addition to the 512KB on board memory that lets you take your profiles with you.

Last is the Attack X3 mechanical keyboard which features Cherry switches and a mixed aluminium and plastic body.  The backlit keyboard features the same RGB capabilities of the mouse, and you can use the UIX suite to customize your keys as well.  You can see all four devices in Kitguru’s video review here.

These peripherals include a fully RGB keyboard with Cherry MX switches, a mouse with tonnes of quick access buttons, an in-ear headset with detachable microphone and an over head USB headset with RGB. Will this set up deliver gamer style as well as performance? Let’s find out!
