A New Family Of PCIe 3.0 NVMe Drives From Lexar

For their new NM610 family Lexar expanded their choice of capacities to include a 1TB model in addition to 250GB and 500GB models.  The 3d TLC in the 500GB has a life of 250TB TBW, with a three year warranty, offering you a decent lifetime for around $80 for 500GB.  Sequential speeds were close to the rated speed, with a read of 2,070MB/s and 2,091.11MB/s sequential write, making it a decent drive for storage however you should be aware that Kitguru found 4k speeds relatively slow.
