Forget 2020, Next Year We Need To Live Through Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Earthblood

Have You Ever Dreamed Of Being An Eco-Terrorist Werewolf?
The World Of Darkness will be coming to PC in a variety of games and styles, from two very different Vampire The Masquerade games, a Wraith VR game and the aforementioned lycanthrope RPG from Cyanide Studio. We’ve seen a cinematic trailer of the game, but this is the first in-game teaser we have had a chance to see.
There will be stealth, likely best done while in Lupus form as a wolf is fairly good at stalking prey and avoiding detection. The Crinos form makes more than a few appearances in the trailer, ripping and tearing through humans and apparently wrestling with people in robotic suits, similar to Ripley’s but with better weaponry. There are hints of some of the powers available to the Garou in the trailer as well.
The hominid form shouldn’t be underestimated either, as there is no reason you couldn’t use firearms to add ranged weapons to your arsenal, not to mention being a far less conspicuous when in populated areas. It is unlikely you will see Glabro or Hispo in the game, but you never know, and wandering around as a bear sized wolf would be a lot of fun.
Rock, Paper, SHOTGUN offers a look at all of the various WoD games we are expecting here.
Earthblood comes out next year on February 4th on the Epic Games Store, as well as all those shiny new consoles that everyone’s excited about at the moment. Find out more over on the game’s website.
