More RX 6600 XTs! Can The XFX SPEEDSTER MERC 308 Help Push Past A 5700 XT?

Can A Custom Everything Help The New RX 6600 XT?
The FPS Review has a similar opinion about the pricing of the new RX 6600 XT, but that didn’t stop them from reviewing the XFX SPEEDSTER MERC 308 Radeon RX 6600 XT Black. The MERC It has a factory overclock of up to 2428MHz game clock and 2607MHz boost clock, which is a bump of 69MHz for the game clock and 18MHz for the boost clock; the memory is untouched. As with the other MERC models, you have a huge amount of RGBs to satisfy your cravings as well.
As you can see in the picture the XFX SPEEDSTER MERC 308 RX 6600XT is a little bigger than the one Sebastian reviewed, 10.79″ long, 4.5″ wide, and 1.97″ tall which makes it a 2.5 slot card. That is in part because of the impressive Ghost Thermal Design cooler, which allowed The FPS Review to overclock the card to 2800MHz on the GPU, and the memory to 2300MHz which is effectively 18.4GHz. Mind you, they set the fan to 100% for all their overclock tests, so you might not be able to get that much of an increase without serious cooling in your case.
We also have a video card from MSI as well that arrived just before launch. This is already a good sign and indication of Radeon RX 6600 XT video card availability being better than previous GPUs this generation.
