Never Mind The Harkonnens, The Emperor Is Coming To Dune: Spice Wars
The Sardaukar Are Coming, The Sardaukar Are Coming
If you thought that the Emperor lending House Harkonnen a few legions of Sardaukars was bad news, wait until House Corrino shows up on Dune to make sand waves in person. They will be the fifth playable side, joining the Atreides, Harkonnens, Smugglers and Fremen in the search for Spice. They will play a bit differently with an economy centered around spice taxes and bribes, but don’t expect them to be slouches on the battlefield.
Along with the new side to play or fight against comes multiplayer support. You can play together in 2v2 matches or in a free-for-all with up to four players. As you might expect you can customize the map size you play, as well as the number of sandworms and Sietches, as well as storm activity. You can try multiplayer now, and House Corrino will be arriving soon.
Manage a new type of economy centered around spice taxes and bribes to keep the empire thriving. Make the most of the Emperor’s noble echelon of councilors and utilize their skills in battle or behind the scenes to cultivate a successful faction. The House Corrino update also brings forth additional improvements and added features with more information to be revealed at Gamescom 2022!
