New GPUs Means A New AIDA64
Stress Test That New Navi GPU
With all the new kit arriving you had to expect AIDA64 to get an update and it has arrived. If you are looking to check the stability of the overclock or undervolt on your new RX 7900 XT or RX 7900 XTX then make sure to update the software. It’s not just AMD that gets some love, as there is more support for B760 motherboards with proper temperature, voltage and fan speed monitoring.
Z690 motherboards get the same updates, and 13xxx Series Raptor Lake integrated memory controllers are also now properly detected and details available. On the AMD side of the processor market, the AIDA64 System Stability Test now offers improved AVX-512 and AVX tests for Ryzen 7xxxx with higher maximum power draw.
AIDA64 6.85 has also been updated for Windows 22H2 of both flavours, you can see the entire list of updates and new features here.
The new AIDA64 update introduces AVX-512 optimized stress testing for AMD Ryzen 7000 Series processors, and supports the latest AMD and Intel CPU platforms as well as the new graphics and GPGPU computing technologies by both AMD and nVIDIA.
