Why are Josh and Sebastian expecting performance gains in games from (1) higher configurable TDPs and (2) lower inter-die latency when (1) was tested when Zen 5 launched and found to not offer notably higher gaming performance and (2) was never relevant in the first place because AMD mandated core parking for the multi-die Zen 5 CPUs, limiting gaming workloads to a single CCD?
