S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl Wants All The Hardware
Heart of Chornobyl Wants Twice The Free Space Win11 24H2 Does!
Keep an eye out for SSD deals as S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl wants to eat up at least 160GB of space, and that’s before your first save file. Not only that, but to be able to run at better than 1080p you will want an RX 6800 XT or RTX 3070Ti in your system, an RTX 4080 or RX 7900 XTX if you want to do better. Heart of Chornobyl might even make a decent CPU benchmark as requirements range from a Core i7-7700K or Ryzen 5 1600X at the very low end to a Core i7-13700KF or Ryzen 7 7700X to reach the pinnacle of performance.
About the only easy to meet requirement is RAM, at least 16GB and preferably 32GB describes your average Windows PC at the moment, even without gaming. You don’t have much time to shop either, if you intend on playing as soon as possible, Ukrainian game developer GSC Game World is releasing Heart of Chornobyl in a week, it drops on the 20th of November.
Welcome back to The Zone.

Here’s said specs. Every day, we stray further from god, and I stray further from being even remotely satisfied with my current set up.
