GitHub Is Having A Bad Day

Creating Or Viewing Issues, Pull Requests, Or Even Projects? All Currently Forked
It’s a bad day for developers and lovers of GitHub as there is currently a major outage effecting just about every part of the site. Just about every service is having timeout issues, and if you need to access any projects you may not have much luck. The site is not completely belly up, so you might luck out and be able to connect briefly, but if you have anything time sensitive you might want to let those counting on you know.
The issue lies with their caching infrastructure so it won’t mean the loss of any projects, just that you aren’t going to have much luck creating issue reports, pull requests or just about anything you need GitHub for.
GitHub is mitigating an ongoing incident causing problems with multiple services, including performing pull requests, creating or viewing issues, and even viewing repositories and commits.
