Seriously, The Names Are Getting A Little Ridiculous!

Navi 48 has proven to be a great design for AMD, the RX 9070 and RX 9070 XT are both impressive jumps from the previous generation of Radeon GPUs.  We have seen quite a few SKUs of these cards as OEMs look to attract customers in the crowded and quite expensive GPU market.  XFX have offered quite a few choices, including the Swift AMD Radeon RX 9070 OC White which features a 7% overclock on both the Turbo and Game clocks.  XFX chose to go with the traditional pair of 8-pin PCIe power connectors, which is great news for those that don’t quite trust the 12VHPWR connector.  XFX also added a dual BIOS to the RX 9070 OC White if you are interested in getting up close and personal with your cards firmware.

The triple fan design allowed The FPS Review to get a decent manual overclock out of the card, and that was without even undervolting the card, in the end pretty much matching the performance of a 9070 XT.  Indeed it can beat an RTX 5070 FE when overclocked and does so while using significantly less power.  Drop by The FPS Review for a deeper look into the XFX Swift RX 9070 OC White.

The XFX Swift AMD Radeon RX 9070 OC White Triple Fan Gaming Edition comes in a tall vertical box, which is typical for XFX’s packaging. Inside, XFX has gone all out with the white theme by packing it in white foam, so you get that white theme through and through.
