A Smoking Hot Thermaltake View 390 Air System Build

Smoking Hot, But In A Good Way

The Thermaltake View 390 Air Future Dusk case was shown off at CES, as is tradition, and KitGuru decided it would be interesting to build a system in to see how well it performs.  They stuck with the Thermaltake theme and filled the View 390 Air with two Termaltake CT200 ARGB Sync
fans and another five Thermaltake TOUGHFAN EX 120 ARGB fans.  This made for an impressive light show, especially when they added smoke to not just give it a Halloween-ish look but also to monitor the airflow.

As it turns out, when a Thermaltake MAGFloe 360 Ultra ARGB Sync AIO cooler is used to cool the CPU and installed to blow air out of the side of the case, the cooling for the CPU and GPU are completely separated.  This is a boon for anyone with one of the new power hungry GPUs, especially if they are overclocking.  It is also worth noting that Thermaltake chose to make the top of the case solid glass, so while you can’t install any fans there it does give a unique view into your system.

The video review of the Thermaltake View 390 Air can be enjoyed here.

KitGuru first saw the Thermaltake View 390 at CES in January 2025 and we were taken by the curves glass main panel which curves across the top of the case. This gives the 390 its View name and also means you have cooling in the floor, front, side and back but not up top as the roof is solid glass
