Skyblivion’s Final Quest; A Little Help From Their Friends With Editors
The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered Is Dead; Long Live Skyblivion!
Bethesda Softworks released Oblivion Remastered about a year ago and if you played it you might have noticed they immediately abandoned it. There are a wide variety of performance issues with it ranging from bloody annoying to game breaking and yet we’ve not seen any semi-recent patches release. It almost makes it seem like the rumours they released it to take the sails out of the modders behind Skyblivion might have some truth behind them. Regardless, the work on Skyblivion continues.
If you are living under a rock with a mud crab, Skyblivion is a mod which will move the entire world of Oblivion into the Skyrim engine which has been in development for quite a while. The good news is that the world has been built and every ruin from Ayleid to watchtowers has now been created. There is one step left however, scripting the quests that make Elder Scrolls worth playing, or worth cursing as they bug in strange and frustrating ways.
Now’s your chance to show off your skills and help bring the classic Oblivion quests to Skyblivion! If you do, please use your skills for good and don’t try to out Bethesda Bethesda.
Skyblivion's locations are nearly complete, but we need your help to bring them to life. If you've got experience editing quests, you've got the skills we need to finish.
