Atari and Activision are doing the exact opposite of certain other gaming publishers and releasing a slew of physical games, in classic cartridge format.  There will be a variety of separate collections released, the most affordable consisting of PITFALL! 2600 – STANDARD EDITION cartridge and manual.  Then there are four separate bundles, each of which have 10 games plus both a woven patch and enamel pin for each of those games.  

The Treasure Collection will be available pretty much right now adds Grand Prix, Barnstorming, Chopper Command and more to Pitfall.  The other three won’t be available for a while but the contents have been announced.  The Atari 2600 Speed Bundle has Tennis, Boxing, H.E.R.O and others, Secrets has Ice Hockey, Starmaster, Seaquest and seven others while the Victory collection gives you Pitfall 3, Robot Tank and River Raid II among it’s 10 games.  All the collections come with 10 pins and patches featuring the games as well.

Those collections will run you $249.99 each, or you can get everything for the totally affordable cost of $999.96.  The cartridges are compatible with the original Atari 2600 and 7800 consoles as well as the new Atari 2600+ and 7800+.
